For New York sports fanatics, 2023 is heating up like another very special year. If you are a "New York" NBA and/or NHL fan, 1994 was one for the memory banks. And, something happened on Wednesday that hasn't occurred since '94.

Also, all fans attending events at Madison Square Garden and Barclays Center must be vaccinated. Included in his city wide mandate is something which is baffling. The mandate allows unvaccinated visiting athletes or performers to compete or perform in the indoor arena's but all home team athletes must be vaccinated.

The NBA all-star game jerseys for the 2015 all-star weekend have been released. The game is Feb. 15 at Madison Square Garden, but events begin Feb. 13 and alternate between Barclays Center and MSG. Notice the five stars on the sides of the jerseys, which pay homage to the five boroughs of New York...
