The Albany Empire will forever be the reigning champions of the Arena Football League. It is sad to think we may never see Arena Football in the Capital Region again BUT pretty awesome that Albany will be forever champs. One of the key contributors to the Empire winning the 2019 Arena Bowl was offensive lineman/ offensive weapon, Mo Ruffins.
