Deer Season

This should be the #1 thing on your mind.

I've never been deer hunting but I almost always know when the season is here. Not because I see the orange vests or the recently deceased deer on people's trucks but because the "Deer meat tastes just like cow meat" and "you'll love it...trust me" crowd comes after me. I'm not some kind of anti-hunting activist. I think it's great that you've found something love and that you enjoy the gamey taste of Bambi's mother, but I think it tastes horrible and no matter how many steaks, sausages or stews you chase me around with I will not enjoy it. So for the love of all that is holy please stop trying to make me eat deer meat!
