On The Way Out
Multiple reports indicate that the New York Jets are already counting on the $8.25 million that they will save whenever they cut Santonio Holmes, which appears to be a foregone conclusion at this point. We all knew that many heads would roll this off-season and Holmes being one of them is not a surprise...
Cro's Outspoken
Last week, Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie was on some show that no one has ever heard of called This is 50. During the interview, Cromartie gave an honest opinion when asked about the NFL's drug policy, specifically marijuana: "They need to just let it go," said Cromartie...

Plaxico Burress Released From Jail, Now What?
Plaxico Burress was released from prison Monday after serving nearly two years on a gun charge. The former New York Giant wide receiver left the Oneida Correctional Facility in central New York early Monday morning with his lawyer, Peter Frankel and agent, Drew Rosenhaus. So what's next for the troubled NFL receiver?
Biggest Surprise In Off-Season
The baseball season is here - finally - as pitchers and catchers reported for duty down in Florida and out in Arizona today. After an off-season that saw Boston acquire two All-Stars, Manny go to Tampa and my Orioles add 5 impact players - the biggest off-season move in Major League Baseball was a move that didn't even happen.
