Mobile Betting In New York

Long before the sports world was brought to a screeching halt, Gaming Law and Sports Betting Attorney Daniel Wallach was pushing New York State to allow mobile betting. So far he's had little luck convincing the state governing body including governor Andrew Cuomo that there's no need for any laws to change to allow mobile wagering.
