The study of this Fulton County location for the newest chicken fast-food franchise began last year. Now the site plans to build were recently submitted. This new fast-food restaurant could be built by late this year or early next.

It may be a tiny space, but the former pop-up restaurant is going to get its own place in downtown Cohoes. It was once only on Instagram but will now be an actual restaurant.

Hattie's Restaurant is known for having the best fried chicken in the Capital Region and beyond. They have their restaurant and shacks in Saratoga Springs and a spot at the Saratoga Race Course. They are currently renovating an iconic Albany landmark and just announced their head chef for that new location in Albany.

If you have ever been to the Saratoga Lake Country Club and eaten at The Hideaway, you know that the restaurant is a hidden gem in Saratoga County. Well, there is good news. There will be another restaurant added inside another golf club in Saratoga County that will be run by the same owners as The Hideaway.

It's nice to see that some of the larger vacant buildings are being repurposed instead of just laying empty and dormant. There is a no bigger eyesore in the Watervliet/Latham area than the old Kmart building at 195 Troy Schenectady Road.
