Saquan Barkley

The New York Giants star running back Saquan Barkley missed almost the entire 2020 NFL season after tearing his ACL against the Chicago Bears in Week two. Barkley's rehab is a key component to the Giants hopes of contending for the NFC East crown in 2021 so it would have Giants' fans attention even without any outside help. However, when Barkley said he plans on reaching out to former Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr the drama behind this ACL rehab gets kicked into overdrive.

ESPN's NFL Insider Adam Schefter is reporting that New York Giants Running Back Saquan Barkley does indeed have a torn ACL in his right knee and is scheduled for season-ending surgery soon.

The NFL's Top 100 players list has been released and according to their rankings, the top player from the three New York NFL teams is Giants' Running Back Saquan Barkley. Barkley checks in at number 31 on the list. Is this a fair accounting of the talent from the three teams? I think we can all agree that the potential is there in Barkley but is he currently the best NFL player in New York and is 31 high enough?
