According to ESPN.com, Dwight Howard will not be traded and will be playing for the Orlando Magic this season.

Last week Dwight Howard expressed an interest in being traded away from Orlando, but now he has changed his mind.  Perhaps that's because the team isn't willing to take any trade for him.

It looks like Osi Umenyiora doesn't want to be a member of the New York Giants any longer and it looks like Big Blue could be honoring his request. According to ESPN's Sal Paolantonio, the Giants have given Osi Umenyiora's agent permission to work out a trade for the two-time Pro Bowl defensive end.
