UAlbany can be one if the top teams next season in the America East Conference.

UAlbany owns a 14-game winning streak and it's largely because of how defend from game to game.

Duke came into Sunday's game against Vermont, a rival of UAlbany in the America East Conference, a 26.5 point favorite. They nearly lost outright to the Catamounts, in what will be remembered as one of the games of the year in college basketball.

By now you know that the UAlbany Great Danes are going dancing. You also know that they had to beat Vermont to get there. And from those two things, you can probably infer that Great Danes fans went nuts once they got the job done, as evidenced by this fan shot video of the celebration.

The University at Albany men's basketball team is 16-4 and tied atop the America East conference standings with a 5-1 mark in league play. However, that could all be rendered meaningless if they fail to deliver with wins over the next week, with games against conference nemeses Boston University, Vermont, and Stony Brook all at home and all within the next seven days.
