Michael Vick is ready to bury the "Dream Team" moniker.  The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback threw some dirt on top of the label on Wednesday.

"I think the 'Dream Team' -- that word is dead now," Vick said Wednesday.  "You can't talk 'Dream Team' anymore.  Maybe it put pressure on some players, maybe it didn't.  But I think just the fact that it was lingering around and people were talking about it creates a sense of pressure.  So, it's over with now. We're one of the teams that has to scratch and kick from the bottom now and try to figure out how we're going to get ourselves back to a position where we can compete with the best teams in this league."

The Philadelphia Eagles have gotten off to a terrible start this season.  They currently have a 1-3 record.  Their only win came against the 0-4 St. Louis Rams.  With such high expectations this season, it's understandable why Vick would want to cancel all of the "Dream Team" talk.  The 2011 Eagles have been much more hype than substance so far.  Maybe by distancing themselves from the hype, the results will follow.
