The players and owners are very far apart when it comes to an agreement but we were able to hear from a guy who is locked in on the negotiations and whether or not there will be a season this year. We asked Jesse Rogers who covers the MLB, including the Cubs, for ESPN what compromise could come to be and when the season may start. Listen above for that and much more!

Major League Baseball is asking the players to take a pay cut for few months, and you would think it was the end of the world. You mean to tell me Yankees stud pitcher Gerrit Cole can’t play an 82 game season and make $8 million? It’s ridiculous the Super Star players are so darn greedy. If there is no MLB  season, it’s on the players. The only excuse for not playing, is because you’re worried about your health. Other than that, take a pay cut and let’s go.
