GM Brian Cashman can’t won’t let go, despite a batting average of .147 with 64 strikeouts during the Covid-19 abbreviated season.

Yankees even benched Sanchez in the playoffs, and yet they are still bringing him back. Cashman must believe  at the young age of 28, Sanchez can return to old form. But honestly, Sanchez hasn’t been great since his first two seasons 2016 and 2017.
