Are The Jets and Bills Among The Most Embarrassing NFL Teams?

The USA Today has compiled their list of "The Ten Most Embarrassing NFL Franchises" and not one but TWO New York teams have made their list. Is it fair that both the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets are on this list?

Here are the reasons The USA Today listed the Bills 4th and the Jets 8th:
4. The Buffalo Bills. They went to the playoffs in 2017 but that was just the first time they'd been in the postseason since 1999. They haven't won a playoff game since 1995.

8. The New York Jets. They were able to beat the New England Patriots in the playoffs back in 2010. But that is also their last playoff win.

Based on this season alone it's important to note the Miami Dolphins are on the list:

5. The league's CURRENT worst team: The Miami Dolphins. They haven't won a playoff game since 2000. They've only been to the playoffs three times since then, and it doesn't look like they'll be back any time soon.

As a matter of fact the Fins are so bad Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott was more worried about dinner than his next play.
