For years now the New England Patriots have had the highest projected win total in the AFC East, but that's not the case this year. With Tom Brady leaving for Tampa Bay and Buffalo improving the Bills have the higher projected win total this season. The Bills win total is set at 9 while the Patriots are just behind them a 8.5.
