The impending weather is causing holiday events all over Buffalo to be delayed or canceled, including the last weekend of the Festival of Lights in Hamburg.

Now, the next home game for the Buffalo Sabres has officially been impacted by the upcoming weather.

The Sabres have announced that their upcoming Friday night game at Key Bank Center against the Tampa Bay Lightning has been postponed to Saturday, March 4th at 12:30 pm.

In addition, the game originally scheduled for that date against the Philadelphia Flyers is moving up to Monday, January 9th at 7:30 pm.

According to the Sabres, if you have tickets to one of these rescheduled games, you can still use them for entry on the new dates.

Now that we know the fate of the Sabres game this holiday weekend, all eyes are on the Buffalo Bills, wondering if they’ll be playing on Christmas Eve or not.
