RODGER'S QUICK TAKE: Sackatoga Stable Managing Partner Jack Knowlton won’t be at Belmont Park on Saturday to watch his 3 year old Tiz the Law run in the Belmont Stakes. Why not? No fans are allowed and that includes the Owners. This isn’t new, because Knowlton wasn’t allowed on the grounds of Gulfsteam Park when Tiz the Law won the Florida Derby in March. I understand social distancing rules, but there is only 9 horses in the field on Saturday, not sure why the Owners, at Belmont Park which holds 100,000 fans, makes any difference at all.
