Any competitive athlete likes to be appreciated and recognized for being one of the best at what they do. It’s human nature.

The Bills franchise just had their best season since the Super Bowl appearances of the early ‘90s and a major reason for that were wide receivers Stefon Diggs and Cole Beasley.

Diggs led the league in receptions with 127 and over 1,500 receiving yards, while Beasley neatly got 1,000 yards himself. Quarterback Josh Allen had an MVP level season on top of it all. So, it’s reasonable to think the Bills have one of the best wide receiver tandems in the NFL.

The NFL on CBS tweeted a question on Thursday, asking which one these eight receiving corps in the NFL were the best? Can you believe the Bills’ weren’t event part of the tweet? No, really...

Diggs wasn’t about to let it go without saying something. He responded to the tweet in a nice manner, but you can tell he was not exactly thrilled he and Beasley were left off.

I honestly have no idea how the Bills weren’t listed. It doesn’t make any sense at all. The Bills added Emmanuel Sanders, too, and still have Gabriel Davis, who is looking to improve on a solid rookie campaign.

The Bills will just have to run it back and prove any doubters wrong. It just might take a Super Bowl ring, which I’m sure is a fine goal for them.
