Months of speculation and misdirection have brought us back to this point: growing anticipation for NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to step on stage as teams look to change the fortunes of their franchises with even a single draft pick.

The Giants have two picks tonight, not one and they have as many picks in this draft as any other team; only the Patriots have an equal number of picks - 12.

The possibilities feel endless with the room for interpretation left by Giants general manager Dave Gettleman in this process. While most mock drafts and experts in the final hours before the draft have defense as the priority for the Giants with the sixth overall pick, would you be stunned if they took a quarterback? No, of course not. New York needs Eli Manning's successor and yet, would you be surprised if the Giants didn't select a QB at all tonight?

Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News, SNY and Watch Stadium joined Big Board Sports Thursday morning to preview what Big Blue might do.
