The San Diego Chargers finally have their man. The third overall pick in the 2016 NFL draft, Joey Bosa, has ended his contract stalemate by signing a four year deal. He will practice with the team for the first time Tuesday.

"We look forward to having Joey join us and getting him prepared as quickly as possible for the 2016 season", said general Tom Telesco in a prepared statement.

The dispute between the former Ohio State star and the Chargers was largely based around the payout of his $17 million dollar signing bonus and whether the rookie would get it all in one lump sum or split between two payments.

Time will tell if Bosa can play catch up enough to play in the first game of the season against the Kansas City Chiefs on September 11th.
