Levack’s Week 9 Locks
Positive momentum is back with the Locks!!! Two wins and one loss last week bumps the season record up to 9 - 15 (-375 based on betting $50 a game). So I still have a long way to go to get into the winning side of the ledger but a wins a win. Three plays lined up for this week and just like an old school football coach I'm all about defense and the running game this week.
Seattle Seahawks - 3 at Buffalo Bills
I know what you're thinking "here goes Levack again with the damn Russell Wilson love!" but that's not why I like the Seahawks this week. Well, not the main reason. Jamall Adams is back baby! The star safety and former New York Jet is a 100% participant in practice! Not only Adams but Carlos Dunlap will be in the Seahawks front four. So Dunlap to help create pressure and Adams to do all the things he does makes me think the defense will be way better this week.
Seahawks - 3
Chicago Bears at Tennessee Titans - 6
The Titans are better than I thought they were to start the season BUT they haven't won a game since their star Left Tackle Taylor Lewan tore his ACL. Without Lewan who's going to stop Khalil Mack who has 6.5 sacks this season and 5 sacks in his last four games? The short answer is NOBODY.
Bears + 6
Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Chargers PK
This game opened with the Chargers as a 3 point favorite but the Raiders are sneaky good! I think the Chargers are in for a HEAVY dose of running back Josh Jacobs on Sunday! Chargers give up an average of 4.7 yards per carry to other offenses and Jon Gruden will be licking his chops to get that number over 5.
