Mario Manningham suffered a concussion on Monday night against the St. Louis Rams and the team was hoping he would recover from that, much the same way that Philadelphia's Michael Vick did during the week.  Now it is reported that Manningham did not travel to Philly with the team and is out for their Sunday match up.

After not passing the necessary concussion tests this week, New York Giants wide receiver Mario Manningham has been downgraded from doubtful to out for Sunday against their division rival, The Philadelphia Eagles.

Giants 101 reports that Manningham did not travel to Philadelphia with the team.  Manningham isn't the only Giant to not travel with the team.  Osi Umenyiora and Prince Amukamara are also out for Sunday and did not make the trip either.  This means the Giants quarterback Eli Manning will be operating with a skeleton crew against a very tough Eagles team.

The Giants face the Eagles on Sunday in Philly at 1pm.
