The death of Ralph Wilson at 95 years of age doesn't come as a surprise to the football community, but the news has still been received with very heavy hearts. The former Buffalo Bills owner was one of the pioneers of the National Football League ever since he bought the franchise for $25 thousand in 1959.

Earlier today on Joe & Brix Brent Axe, the former host of Buffalo Bills radio, joined the program to share his thoughts and perspective on the passing of Wilson. During the conversation Axe shared his memories of the owner's induction into the NFL Hall of Fame, his impact on Western New York and his legacy in the game.
