The Buffalo Bills have made the playoffs the last four seasons and five the past six. They have become one of the best teams in the NFL.

Josh Allen has been the biggest reason that the fortunes of the franchise has turned around, with head coach Sean McDermott and general manager Brandon Beane changing the culture.

Don't let anyone tell you that fans in Buffalo didn't love those drought teams. Despite the 17 years in a row without a playoff appearance, fans here loved many of the players that made up those rosters.

Eric Moulds, Antoine Winfield, Pat Williams, Kyle Williams, Terrence McGee, Lee Evans, Stevie Johnson, Brian Moorman, Roscoe Parrish, Bryan Scott, Aaron Williams and Fred Jackson are just some of the names.

The number one most beloved drought player in Buffalo might be quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Fitz played in Buffalo from 2009-2012 and became the starter in week 3 of the 2010 regular season. He won over the hearts of Bills Mafia, which is also when that phrase officially began with Del Reid.

Fitzpatrick endeared himself to the Western New York community. Everyone knows how much he loves Mulberry in Lackawanna but you may not know that he also adores a restaurant that doesn't get enough credit.

Back in 2021, Fitzpatrick appeared on the Pardon My Take podcast with Big Cat and PFT of Barstool Sports. He said that there is no city of fanbase that compares to Buffalo and said that he loved going to Dandelions in Williamsville.

Dandelions is located on N. French Road in Williamsville, very close to the Amherst border. They're popular with north town residents but don't get enough credit with other residents in Western New York.

They have a dog-friendly patio, fine-dining dishes, and casual favorites.

Fitz says that he used to go there for wings all the time with the Bills lineman.

I grew up in north Amherst, so my family always went to Dandelions. It's severely underrated.
