Watch this sumo match come to an ugly and swift end when one wrestler knocks the other out with a forearm that is so vicious it leaves his opponent flat on his back before he struggles to get up. Actually, "struggles to get up" is putting mildly, considering he wobbles around and falls not once, but twice, after he manages to get on his feet.

He's eventually helped out and you can see he's having all sorts of issues as he attempts to walk away.

Sumo wrestling has a kind of humorous reputation here in the States -- you know, fat guys in diapers pushing each other around like they're protecting the last doughnut. It's an easy mark, but this video should serve as a reminder that, like MMA, it can actually be a pretty dangerous sport, no matter what size the competitors are.
