Now that we're hearing that pharmaceutical giant Pfizer has a vaccine close to approval we can start to dream about live events like sports and concerts again. We now have our first sign of how different live shows could be when they return. Ticketmaster is reportedly working on a plan that would require ticket buyers to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test from 24 to 72 before admission to a show.

First reported by Billboard, the plan could be the beginning of how we'll all be able to return to concerts, sporting events, and other mass gatherings. There's still no timetable on when exactly this would begin but it's very dependant on your smartphone and apps. Early reports are that the Ticketmaster app along with others "third party" apps that would be able to prove you were vaccinated or received a negative COVID-19 test.

So as new restrictions and recent cases across the country are on the rise it helps me to see there are plans for post-pandemic life. Now here's the question, are you willing to add two to three apps to your smartphone that will all have access to your personal information and will share it with Ticketmaster?
