RODGER'S QUICK TAKE: The Jets made the right move in trading disgruntled safety Jamal Adams, only because the Jets got so much in return. When Seattle agreed to give up two first round draft picks and a third, it made for an easy decision by GM Joe Douglas. Seattle also gave up safety Douglas McDougal, who should be a starter.
Adams became an uncontrollably headache, and the Jets are better off without him.
