UAlbany NFL Draft Prospects Join Big Board Sports

Throughout the week on Big Board Sports we are joined by UAlbany football players who are trying to find their way into the NFL and could have their name called in the NFL Draft. Find out what they are hearing from teams, how they are staying prepare and more! You can find them below:

Eli Mencer, Linebacker

The University at Albany football program produced at least 4 players from last year’s team that have a chance to play in the NFL. WR Juwon Green, OL Griffin Clancy, DL Nick Griffin and LB Eli Mencer all have a chance to either get drafted or land a Free Agent tryout. It’s a credit to the program and the level of competition they face in the CAA Conference, that the Great Danes have a record number of  players who can still live out their dreams.
