Would You Rather Have Martin or Incognito?

Richie Incognito is an unrestricted free agent and the Dolphins have said that the chances of Jonathan Martin being with them next year are "not likely" while Martin's lawyer has said there's a "100% chance" his client plays in the League next year.

With both these guys (soon-to-be) on the market and looking for a job, who would you rather have on your team?

Incoginito is the more proven veteran that's liked by his teammates. Martin is an average, passive lineman who we're still unsure about what exactly his mental state is.

He's not a fit everywhere but if I am a GM that has the leadership from top to bottom with a locker room that can handle Incognito's personality, I'm signing a guy that will help my team now and in a big way.
