The University of Albany Great Danes have officially made it farther in the NCAA Division 1 Lacrosse Tournament than they ever have before. After a 15-13 win over University of Denver Albany has made the Final Four for the first time in Program History where the Yale Bulldogs will be waiting for them.

Yale topped UAlbany 14 - 6 back in April in a game where Great Danes' star Connor Fields was hurt in. Fields is now playing at what appears to be around 80 % and a lot of the other players are playing at a high level now. Anish Schroff of ESPN said he loves the way the Grat Danes play and that Head Coach Scott Marr has embraced Native American culture and is willing to bring more players on his team that other programs might shy away from.

Albany Vs Yale will be Saturday at noon live from Gilette Field at Foxboro and on ESPN 2.
