Chad Johnson Released By Miami Dolphins

Well, that didn’t take long. First, he cursed on Hard Knocks, then he was arrested for allegedly assaulting his wife Evelyn Lozada, then we found it was because he may be cheating on her. Now the Miami Dolphins, upon viewing the police report, have let go of wide receiver Chad Johnson before he could even make it to the team’s first regular season game, first reported by a tweet from Jay Glazer.

Talk about blowing an opportunity. First, you ruin what could very well be your last shot in the NFL. After all, there are only so many teams that would have taken you in with all of your antics, and that was before you developed a criminal record. Secondly, and probably more importantly, you ruined your marriage faster than Kim Kardashian’s script told her to stage a falling out with Kris Humphries. Terrell Owens earned another shot by staying in shape and not beating up women. Chad Eight-Five can’t boast both of those things anymore.

Two things: first, I can’t wait to hear what Brian Noe has to say about all of this on The Noe Show tomorrow from 1-3 p.m. on 104.5 “The Team.” Secondly, I cannot wait to watch Hard Knocks to see how much of this mess they got on camera.
