David Tyree Is Back With The New York Giants

It’s never a bad thing to bring back a Super Bowl Champion and make them a part of your organization. And we all remember one of the greatest catches in NFL history when David Tyree helped secure a Giants victory in Super Bowl XLII.

Tyree is now on the New York staff and on Tuesday was named as the team’s new Director of Player Development.

“I’m overwhelmed with joy,” said Tyree, via the Giants press release. “I guess you could say it’s a second homecoming. I’m just thrilled to get in here and serve these players.”

Tyree, 34, spent the last two years working in Player Engagement and Development in the NFL offices.
