After LeGarrette Blount's three touchdown performance on Sunday against the Jaguars, people are starting to wonder if that means a reduced load for Albany native Dion Lewis.

Well, it could, as Blount is more of the battering ram-style running back that can carry a team into the playoffs, but as you can see in the following tweet, Lewis is still the leader in touches by far.

Now sure, Lewis has a one-game head start on Blount, who missed the first game due to suspension, but Lewis has 45 touches thus far, which is more than any Patriots offensive player by far. Julian Edelman is second with 32.

Regardless if Lewis loses carries to Blount, he should still figure prominently in the passing game for Tom Brady as the season progresses.

His ability to catch the ball out of the backfield has been a big weapon in New England's short yardage passing game thus far.
