Sources around the NBA lockout say that it is a much uglier situation than the NFL lockout.  One option that a lot of NBA players have is to go overseas and play basketball, where the sport is just as big.

New Jersey Nets point guard Daron Williams is officially on his way to play in Turkey, and now the best big man in the game, Dwight Howard, is toying with the idea himself.

Howard is a 5 time all star and could make a ton of money if he played overseas.  In an interview with the Associated Press, Howard said he is strongly considering it and hinted that he is already in contract talks with teams.  Right now it looks like Howard's main option is playing in China, which is ever growing as a nation that loves basketball.
