The New York Giants made another interesting move ahead of the roster deadline as they cut longtime FB Henry Hynoski.  Hynoski played 21 games over the last 4 seasons for Big Blue, although he was injury riddled for much of his time in New York.

Hynoski first became the Giants fullback prior to the 2011 season when the team signed him after not being selected in the draft.  He then took over the starting role once veteran Madison Hedgecock was cut due to injury.

Hynoski, or "Hank the Tank" and the "Hynoceros" as he was referred to by fans and teammates, was a part of the team that emerged victorious in Super Bowl XLVI catching 2 passes for 19 yards in the game.

The Giants will most likely look for Nikita Whitlock to take Hynoski's spot in opening the hole's for the Giants running attack of Rashad Jennings, Shane Vereen, and Andre Williams.
