Is It Time To Hire A Female Head Coach In The NBA?

Yesterday, the Minnesota Timberwolves fired their team president and head coach Tom Thibodeau. The T'Wolves now begin their search for their new future head coach and one candidate, in particular, is gaining support on social media. Becky Hammon, former WNBA player and current San Antonio Spurs assistant coach has been tossed around as a potential name to replace Tom Thibodeau. In June 2017, Hammon interviewed to be the general manager of the Milwaukee Bucks but did not get the job. Some on social media believe it is time to hire Hammon.
