Kyle Busch can drive a NASCAR all he wants, but he won't be able to pick up to keys to a regular car for 45 days after his trial for speeding yesterday North Carolina.

Back in May Kyle Busch must have thought he was still on the race track, because he was going 128mph in a 45mph zone.  He was pulled over and given a ticket and the trial for that was held yesterday.  A judge decided to take away Busch's license for 45 days among other things as well.

We're appreciative the judge recognized that Kyle should be treated at least as close to how he would treat anybody else here in society.

-Cliff Homesley (Busch's Attorney)

Busch was also fined $1,000 for the violation, ordered to do 30 hours of community service and will be placed on a year of unsupervised probation.   After the hearing, Busch seemed remorseful of his actions and accepted the punishment set down by the judge.
