Lionel Messi has been battling injury for weeks, resulting in him missing even a UEFA Champions League match against Bayern Munich. He returned this weekend against Real Betis in La Liga competition and, on his first shot, scored a wonderful free kick goal.

Even when he is hurt, he makes the amazing look so ordinary. It was impressive that the Betis goalkeeper was able to get a hand on the ball at all, even though he couldn't keep it out of the back of the net.
