The Washington Redskins have reached a preliminary agreement to trade QB Donovan McNabb to the Minnesota Vikings.

The Redskins will receive Minnesota's 2012 6th-round pick, and a 2013 conditional 6th-round pick in exchange for Donovan McNabb.  McNabb is going from one 6-10 team to another.  Both the Redskins and the Vikings had the same 6-10 record last season.

When healthy, the Vikings have a good offense.  Sidney Rice is a big-play threat, Percy Harvin electric, and Visanthe Shiancoe is a reliable tight end.  There is also a guy named Adrian Peterson in the backfield.  The Vikings also have a much better offensive line compared to the Redskins.

It'll be interesting to see if McNabb can improve from last year.  He threw 14 touchdowns and 15 interceptions.  McNabb was also benched in favor of Rex Grossman at the end of the season.
