NFL Does Not Need To Change Penalties on QB’s

I agree that the roughing the passer penalties in the NFL need some modification. But, overall I like the rule because quarterbacks need to be protected and not carted off the field with an injury. The rule, which isn’t new, is taking care of that. Last year teams complained about illegal hits on their quarterback, a year later the NFL is cracking down and head coaches are up in arms. You can’t have hit both ways
