The Rangers were able to extend their first place lead over Philly last night with a 5-2 win.  Three of those goals were scored by Ryan Callahan. Things are looking pretty good right now for the New York Rangers.  They are the best team in their division, and in the East.  They sit right behind Detroit for best in the league.  Last night they added another divisional win to their total with a 5-2 win over rival Philadelphia.

Ryan Callahan was the big player in that win, he scored three goals on Flyers goalie Sergei Bobrovsky.  Marian Gaborik and Artem Anisimov would add two additional goals on the night.  Henrik Lundqvist would have 31 saves.  Next up the Rangers will face the Washington Capitals today at 12:30p.
