The New York Yankees have dropped the first two against the Los Angeles Angels and lost outfielder Carlos Beltran. So tonight the Yankees look to salvage this series win ONE win. Brett Gardner has been the one bright spot in the Yankees line up. The pitching has been ok but the bats have been anemic at best.

If the Yankees have any chance of regaining first place in the AL East they need to score more than one run a night and they can't continue to waste quality outings from their starting pitching and bull pen.
