Albany Psychic Shares Ghostly Stories In A Cemetery! Will You Attend?
If you are looking for something especially spooky to do in New York this Halloween season have I got a suggestion for you! This event will include dead bodies, Albany, after hours access to a cemetery, a psychic-medium and a ghost rescuer. It doesn't get much more Halloween than that.
If this sounds like the ingredients for the perfect Halloween Haunt let me tell you more so you don't miss out. This is a one-night event and it was sold out last year. What will happen this year? Nobody knows, except the psychic-medium, she might know.
Mary Lyons Polito, co-host of the 'Psychic On the Scene' podcast, has been described as a psychic-medium and ghost rescuer. According to Discover Albany, Polito will host an event at Albany Rural Cemetery this Saturday October 22nd from 7p-9p.
Michele Lyons Polito is expected to share her experiences as a psychic-medium and talk about her work with ghost hunting groups from the Capital Region. Polito will also share her personal experiences with some of Albany's local spirits. Discovery Albany is clear that Michele WILL NOT be doing readings at this event.
According to Albany.org, nearby Washington Park was a burial ground known as State Street Burying Grounds with approximately 40,000 bodies, many with unmarked graves. You can't put a park on top of dead people so the graves needed to be relocated and many went to Albany Rural Cemetery.
Unsettled and unmarked graves could cause some disturbance with the after-world. If you want to hear stories as told by Mary Lyons Polito get your tickets before they are gone. Tickets are $23.03 and available HERE.
