Albany’s ‘Super’ Nova Stepping into Ring with Top Rank Boxing

Boxing superstar Abraham 'Super' Nova is taking a step up in his game as he'll step into the ring for the first time Saturday night as a member of Top Rank Boxing's team. The super featherweight turned 26 years old on Tuesday, January 14th and he'll be on a platform for all to see when he touches gloves with Pedro Navarrete.

Super Nova will put his perfect 17-0 record on the line this Saturday night, January 18th at Turning Stone Casino Resort. It's a fight you can watch on ESPN+. Born in Puerto Rico, Nova and his family moved to Albany, NY when he was one-year old and he has followed in the footsteps of his father and brothers by putting on the handwraps and gloves.
