Armen’s Day At ESPN HQ in Bristol, CT

I was lucky enough to get an invite to ESPN in Bristol on Friday. Few fun facts:

- Mike & Mike is in the ESPN TV building and are in the same studio that First Take, NFL LIVE and other shows are filmed in. Within 5 minutes of the conclusion of Mike & Mike, Skip Bayless and the FT crew were on the air. It was crazy how quickly they transitioned the entire room.

- The building atmosphere is just like the commercials portray and just as amazing as you would believe. They're filmed in the same hallways and it's absolutely random who you could walk by in the hallway at any time. It's imperative to keep your eyes peeled at all time.

- Just being in the building, I saw: Wendi Nix, Colin Cowherd, Mike Greenberg, Ryan Russillo, Jorge Sedano, Bob Coachman, Bob Ley, PJ Carlisemo, Skip Bayless, Kevin Negandhi, PJ Carlesimo, Andy Katz, Linda Cohn and former LSU quarterback Zach Mettenberger.
