Geno Smith will start at quarterback on Monday Night when the Jets take on the Dolphins. He was benched in Week 8 after a terrible first half performance against the Bills.

Well, after Michael Vick's terrible performance against those same Bills this past Monday night, Geno Smith is getting his shot again.

Vick was just 7-19 on the day for 76 yards and one interception. He ran for just four yards and was sacked five times.

Smith played the fourth quarter of the game, going 10-12 for 89 yards.

This is the right decision, Jets fans. At 2-9, the season is lost for the Green and White. Play Geno and see if his time on the bench did him any good. If there is anything to salvage, maybe you save yourself from having to spend a high draft pick on a QB and can address one of the many other needs the Jets have.
