RODGER'S QUICK TAKE: While all the attention goes mostly to Tiz the Law in Saturday’s Travers, and rightly so, don’t discount trainer Chad Brown and Country Grammer. Chad would not run for the sake of running, that I can tell you. Country Grammer was impressive in winning the Peter Pan Stakes on Opening Day, and should like the mile 1 ¼. He will need to take the next step, but Country Grammer he has the best trainer in the country training him, so anything is possible. A longshot for sure, but we all know Saratoga has been called the Graveyard of Favorites.
