Capital Region Home Featured On Episode of ‘This Old House’! Recognize It?
How many Sunday mornings can you count where you found yourself settled in bed scrolling the TV channels until you saw 'This Old House' and the flipping stopped? Next thing you know you have binge watched several hours of home renovations inspiring you to do the same at your home.
There is a couple from Saratoga that have been renovating their home for over a year and all the while the crew from This Old House has been filming and documenting the process. This week you get to see the result of all that effort.
This particular Dutch Colonial in Saratoga has been home to 7 generations of the same family, dating back to 1864. Evan and Whitney Williamson have been renovating the 4,200 square foot home for more than a year and this Thursday April 28th at 9pm you will be able to see how they did it on a new episode of This Old House on PBS.
According to the couple's Instagram page they announced their partnership with This Old House on May 24, 2021 and nearly 1 year later they hit prime time with an episode titled "Saratoga Legacy Restored"!
This Old House is 43 years old! Can you believe the show started in 1979? Today the show's home base in in Stamford, Connecticut. That is the same city that The Steve Wilkos Show and WWE call home.
