By all indications, Joe Judge will remain the Head Coach of the New York Football Giants. He will not join Mike Zimmer, Matt Nagy, Brian Flores, Urban Meyer and Vic Fangio who will all not be back with their respective teams next season. The Miami Dolphins firing Flores was the biggest shock by far but they may have a perfect answer as to who their next should and will be. Sal Pal joined the program to tell us who the best available coaches were and much more! Make sure to listen above and read an excerpt below on if he could hire just one head coach who would it be?

"It would be Dough Pederson. Close second would be Todd Bowles. Those are my top 2. If I could go 3 it would be Byron Leftwich so the defensive and offensive coordinators in Tampa would make my top 3 but I would think Doug Pederson would be number 1. He's a Super Bowl winning Head Coach. I think he does a great job adapting his personnel in terms of age, experience level and talent. He will bring a good staff there, he's got the super agent Bob LaMonte who knows so many coaches and GM's around the league who will help him put together a staff that will be successful. And I think the best spot for him is Miami and not Jacksonville. Miami has some great talent there and that team finished over .500 and by the way he has a house in Jupiter, FL!"
