E.J. Gallup is a great hire by Fulton Montgomery Community College, because Gallup will be highly successful at recruiting Section II athletes. The Gloversville product has a reputation of being one of the best high school basketball players in Section II, and went onto have successful seasons at UAlbany and Coastal Carolina where he combined to score 13 hundred points. Gallup is still playing at a high level with Team Fredette, but now he gets a chance to take his passion for the game into the coaching ranks. E.J. has no head coaching experience, but it won’t matter. He will figure it out, and carry on a winning tradition at FMCC.

E.J. joined the show to discuss his new position, how he will handle it and where he may get his coaching influences from. Will he keep playing specifically for Team Fredette in The Basketball Tournament? Listen above to get that answer and more!
