Ed Werder Makes Fat Joke About Andy Reid [VIDEO]

ESPN’s Ed Werder cracked an inappropriate joke about Andy Reid’s weight on live television.

ESPN reporter Ed Werder mentioned the latest news about Andy Reid potentially becoming the new head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs on SportsCenter this morning.  You’ve probably heard the news that Andy Reid officially accepted the job just hours later on Friday.  You might’ve missed the manner in which Ed Werder was reporting the latest news.

Ed Werder cracked a fat joke about Andy Reid.  Werder reported that Chiefs owner Clark Hunt and now-former GM Scott Pioli flew back from Philadelphia to Kansas City without Andy Reid.  Werder joked that he wasn’t sure what this meant and joked that Andy Reid would possibly have put the plane over its weight limit.  Hay oowww!  Look at for Mr. Funny Pants, Ed Werder, at a comedy club near you.  Werder later apologized on Twitter for his lame and inappropriate joke.
